Not enough or too much going on

Well we have been busy around here. We are in the midst of waiting for our roof to be repaired. What a fun waiting game that is, apparently the engineers and the county don't care if winter is coming. I am just praying for the weather to hold until it is fixed. School is going okay. Some really long days and some good days. We joined the Kroc Center which is lots of fun. We all went last night and brought Godwin along also. The boys played basketball and went swimming while Rusty and I did the elliptical and the weights. It is kinda fun to people watch while working out. Makes the time go a bit faster. The boys have their first electric guitar lessons tomorrow. I am going to miss Fran, but Tucker wants to learn some more on his electric. I wish we could do both, but money.... Well I don't even have any pictures to post. I will get some this week and get an update on here.

Ethan has decided he wants to play the guitar also.  Tucker has been giving him some lessons and so it was time for his own guitar.  He bought a beautiful used Diamond Series Schecter.  It is a very nice guitar.  They both get 2 free lessons at Guitar Stop and then we will figure things out from there.

Schools started

We didn't get off to a great start yesterday, but all in all not terrible.  Once we get everything figured out we should be fine.  Day 2 is almost done.  Yeah!!!!  Mary came for a short visit in the afternoon.  We had a nice visit, dinner, and a walk.  No baby yet for Laura, she will be induced tomorrow if nothing happens today.  

School starts on Monday. I am not ready for school to start again. Summer went by way too fast and I can already feel Fall in the air in the mornings and evenings. So one more weekend of freedom.

Alaska Trip

I have lots more pics, but it takes so long so this is it for now. We had a great time in Alaska with Mary. Thanks again Mary. Can't wait to see you again in a few days.

Stray Dog

This dog showed up this morning around 5 am. He won't leave and I can't catch him. He just wants to sit by the fence near my dogs. I called Animal Control, but apparently there is only one officer and he/she is on vacation. I guess I will call the Humane Society if he is still here in the morning. I think someone left him here. He seems nice enough, but he is obviously afraid of people. He has a collar, but no tags. Goodness knows I don't need another dog.
