Thanks to everyone that pledged money for Tuck's hit-a-thon
Tucker raised $117 for Lakeland Little League with the hit-a-thon. Thanks to everyone that supported him.
Round Lake
The boys and I went to Round Lake for the afternoon. It was beautiful out. They fished a bit, no bites, while I read in the sun. When they got bored with fishing we took a hike around the lake. What a nice day.

Awesome Tucker
Tucker had the hit-a-thon, pictures, and a game yesterday. He did great at the hit-a-thon and hit 18 balls. They had a great game! Tucker hit 3 really good hits and pitched great. He also made some good throws from the outfield. We went and got him a large Cookie Dough blizzard after the game.
Baby kittens

Our feral female had kittens. Tucker and Ethan found them on Thursday in my 4-wheeler seat. I had managed to catch the momma after sitting very patiently for hours. I used the babies as bait in a kennel, but as I was carrying the kennel to the barn the door popped open and she espaced. So now I am bottle feeding 5 kittens. I could give them to the momma, but then I would have 5 more feral cats. So... Rusty tried catching her bare-handed and got bit for his troubles. He had to go to the Dr. and get on antibiotics because it is infected. I borrowed a live trap from CPA(Concerned People for Animals) and so far I have trapped the male, but not the momma. Never a dull moment here. LOL

Another cold day
Well we had another cold game! I don't think it is ever going to warm up. Tucker got another hit. He isn't hitting as hard as he does at home, but at least he is getting a piece of it. He played 3rd today, but no real action. It was a pretty slow game. At least the rain waited till the game was over. We have a game Saturday at 5:30 plus pics and the hit-a-thon.

Garden
I worked in my gardens for a few hours yesterday in between the rain. They are usually in tip-top shape by now. With the snow taking so long to melt and all the rain I have not gotten them cleaned up yet. My back in killing me today. I forget how much in aches when I am done. Once I get them all finished I will take some pics. Not much is blooming yet, but soon! Farmer's Market opened last Saturday so I will have to get some more flowers. Oh and a snickerdoodle! It would be best it the cookie lady quit coming to the market. LOL I am so excited to see my roses starting to come back. The rose guy loves me cause I buy new roses each year! I will need more this year also. The last two winters have not been kind to my poor babies. Wishing for more sunshine!
